Atlantic Marine Construction LLC is a combination of commercial divers, licensed captains and crane operators, heavy equipment operators, skilled stone masons and dock builders that have completed hundreds of superior quality marine structures throughout RI, CT, NY, and MA.
These projects have ranged from simple inspections to complete marina construction.

William Magowan and Brian Denecour established Atlantic Marine Construction in 2002.  Bill is a licensed crane operator and boat captain with over twenty years of marine construction experience; Brian is a certified commercial diver with over twenty years of heavy construction and marine construction experience.  In 2004, Atlantic Marine Construction (AMC) acquired Pawcatuck River Dock Building, a local business which had been providing CT and RI with quality marine construction services for over 30 years. 

AMC has established long-term relationships with a wide range of marine based organizations including supply/service vendors, engineering firms, marinas, and both public and private owners. Though the many years of providing marine services, we have succeeded in building and retaining a reputation of high quality, reliability, and professionalism with our clients.
